  <!-- BLOG-08 (#427), reasoning REPLACED by ADR-006 (#996).

Blog posts are deliberately NOT listed here. They live at
/sitemap-blog.xml, which the APP SERVES from the database per request.

⚠️ THE ORIGINAL REASON NO LONGER APPLIES AND IS RECORDED SO NOBODY
RE-DERIVES IT. It was: this key is Terraform-managed, so a GENERATED file
here would be overwritten on the next apply, and removing the key to hand
it over is a DESTROY. That was true while a pipeline WROTE a sitemap
object. ADR-006 retired the pipeline, so there is no key collision left.

★ The conclusion survives for a different reason: /sitemap.xml is a static
object listing app pages that change at DEPLOY, and /sitemap-blog.xml is a
route reflecting database writes that happen WITHOUT one. Merging them
would put a per-request document behind a deploy - the blog would advertise
whatever was true when the bucket was last written.

⚠️ A correct conclusion resting on obsolete reasoning is worse than a wrong
comment, because it still reads as verified: the next reader finds an
argument that does not describe the system, concludes THAT is the stale
part, and merges them. So: do not merge. -->
