Talk to the tower. Or read the briefings.
Most answers are already on the board. If yours isn't, the tower reads every transmission - and a human replies.
What SquadJet is, and who it's for.
What is SquadJet?
SquadJet finds flights that work for a whole group flying in from different cities to one shared destination and dates. Everyone's on the same trip - SquadJet does the cross-city math so you don't end up with five separate searches and a spreadsheet.
Do I need an account?
Yes - it's free. Sign up, confirm your email, and your 100 free credits unlock so you can run your first squad search. No card required to start.
Where can I fly from?
SquadJet launches with US departures. EU/UK availability is on the roadmap - until then, new sign-ups from those regions are paused while we finish the compliance work.
How is this different from Google Flights or Kayak?
Those are built for one traveler from one city. SquadJet is group-first: everyone's flying in from different places, so it does the cross-city math to find the destination and dates that work for the whole squad - then it helps the group actually decide, together.
What kind of trips is it for?
Anything where a group scattered across cities needs to land in one place - reunions, bachelor/bachelorette weekends, group getaways, friends-from-everywhere trips.
How big can my squad be?
Up to 24 travelers per search. Bigger group? Reach out via support and we'll help.
Do you sell tickets or act as a travel agency?
No. SquadJet is a search tool - it finds and compares options; you book directly on the airline or booking site. The price shown there is the real one.
How credits, the free grant, and bundles work.
What's a credit?
A credit is the unit a search spends. A bigger squad flying from more cities fans out into more flight lookups, so it costs more credits. You always see the estimate before a search runs.
How many free credits do I get?
100, once, when you confirm your email - enough for a real search for a small-to-mid squad. They never expire.
How much does it cost after that?
Credits are sold in one-time bundles at a flat $0.03/credit - from $15 (500 credits) up. No subscription, nothing auto-renews. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Do credits expire?
Your free signup credits never expire. Purchased credits are good for 365 days from the day you buy them.
Do I need a credit card to try SquadJet?
No. The 100 free credits are yours just for confirming your email - no card, no trial that quietly charges you later.
How do I buy more credits?
From your account page - pick a bundle and check out. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store your card.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time credit bundle - nothing recurring, nothing auto-renews.
Can I get a refund?
Yes - an untouched credit purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days. See the refund policy for details.
Running a search and reading the results.
Why was my search refused before it ran?
The estimate exceeded your balance, so SquadJet stops before spending anything - you're never charged for a search it didn't run. Top up credits (or trim the squad) and try again.
Do I have to pick a destination?
No. Name a destination if you have one, or leave it open and let SquadJet rank the cities that are cheapest for the whole squad. Either way, you compare real options before anyone commits.
Can I keep an eye on a trip for price drops?
Yes - watch a trip from your results and we'll email you if the total drops, so you can book at a better moment.
Does SquadJet book the flights for me?
No - you book on the airline or travel site. SquadJet gets your squad to a shared plan and hands you straight to where you buy.
Are the prices you show the final price?
They're live estimates to compare options. The number on the airline or booking site at checkout is the one that counts.
Getting your group on the same flight.
Does everyone need their own account and credits?
No - the organizer runs the search and spends the credits. Squad members just open the share link to claim a seat and vote; they don't need credits to participate.
How long is a vote open?
24 hours - enough time for everyone to weigh in, short enough that the plan doesn't drift for a week.
Can someone change their pick after voting?
While the ballot's open, yes - members can update their choice, and the tally reflows live so the group always sees where things stand.
What's a SquadBook?
Your saved roster of travelers - so the next trip's squad fills itself instead of re-typing everyone's home city.
Your account, your data.
What do you do with my data?
We use it to run SquadJet - no ad tracking, no selling your data. The full details are in the privacy policy.
Why do I have to confirm my email?
It keeps accounts real (and unlocks your free credits). Your email is stored encrypted and only used to run the service and reach you - never sold.
What cookies do you use?
Just one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
I'm having trouble logging in.
Start from the log-in page. If you're still stuck, send us a note from support and we'll sort it out.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Open your account page and use the "Your data" section - it packages everything we hold about you into a ZIP you can download. You can run one export every 5 months, and each download link lasts 7 days. Can't sign in, or already deleted your account? Email us and we'll handle it by email instead.
Can I delete my account?
Yes - open your account page, scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom, and delete your account there. It removes your profile and personal data right away, keeping only what we're legally required to (like billing records). Prefer we handle it? Email us and we'll do it for you.
How do I reach a human?
Use the support form - pick a topic, add your order or trip reference if you have one, and we'll reply by email.
Didn't find your answer?
Send the tower the details - the transmit card is right here.
Thanks - your message is on its way to the SquadJet team. We'll reply to soon.
