The deal, in writing.
A search tool - not an airline, agent, or ticket seller.
SquadJet ("we") prices one trip for a whole group, with each passenger flying from their own home airport, and ranks meetup cities by the squad's total cost. That's the whole service: search and comparison. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
We do not sell flights or hotels, take payment for travel, issue tickets, or act as a travel agency. When you're ready to book, we hand you off to the airline or a booking site - your contract for the actual travel is with them, under their fare rules, change policies, and terms.
The booking site's price is the real one.
Fares come from third-party flight-data providers and may be cached for up to about 45 minutes. Airfare moves constantly, so the price SquadJet shows is a good-faith estimate, not an offer or a guaranteed fare. The price at the airline or booking site at the moment you book is the one that counts, and availability there isn't guaranteed either.
One person, one account, real email.
- Sign up with an email address you control - it's how we reach you and how you prove the account is yours.
- Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- An account is for one person. Your squad can share the results - that's the point - but not the login.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms (see 06).
One-time purchases. Nothing recurring, nothing auto-renews.
Every feature is available to every account - the only thing you buy is search credits, in one-time bundles (current sizes and prices are on the pricing page). New accounts start with a one-time free bundle of 100 credits - searches consume it like any other bundle, and it does not refill. Every purchase is a one-time payment through Stripe - no subscription, no auto-renewal, no stored card on our side.
- Each search consumes credits based on how many city-and-passenger combinations we price; the estimated cost is shown before you run it, and results served from cache are free.
- Purchased credits are usable for 365 days from purchase; each bundle keeps its own clock, and we spend your soonest-expiring credits first. Your free signup credits have no expiry date but are a one-time grant - once spent, additional credits come only by purchase. Your account itself never expires.
- Credits have no cash value, aren't transferable between accounts, and can't be exchanged for anything but searches.
- We may change bundle prices and sizes; changes never apply retroactively to credits you already bought.
- Searches support squads of up to 24 passengers - an operational limit, not a paywall. Bigger groups: contact us.
Referral rewards. Inviting friends can earn bonus search credits. The rules:
- One reward per invited person, ever - across every invite path. If the same person is invited twice, or by two people, only the first qualifying signup earns a reward.
- Rewards are promotional credits: no cash value, not transferable, and they behave like any other credits.
- If the purchase that qualified your invitee for a reward is refunded, or a reward was earned by breaking these rules, we may reverse the credited amount - even from a balance you've partly spent.
- One inbox, one identity: accounts that share a real mailbox (for example, address variants that deliver to the same inbox) count as one person for signup bundles and referral rewards.
- No self-referrals - inviting yourself, or accounts you control, earns nothing.
- The program can change or end at any time. Rewards already granted stay yours; future invites follow the program as it stands when your invitee signs up.
Untouched purchase, 14 days, full refund.
- Any credit bundle is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email refunds@squadjet.io from your account address and we'll put it back on your original payment method via Stripe - typically within 5–10 business days.
- Once a purchase's credits have been spent, it's generally not refundable - but if a bug or outage on our side burned your credits, tell us and we'll restore the credits or refund you. We're not interested in keeping money for a service that failed you.
- Credits that reach the end of their 365-day life unused simply expire; expiry doesn't trigger an automatic refund.
- Flights and hotels are refunded by whoever sold them. SquadJet never charges you for travel, so refunds for tickets or rooms live with the airline or booking site under their fare rules.
Search like a human planning a trip.
- No scraping, bulk querying, or automated harvesting of prices or data.
- No reselling, republishing, or repackaging SquadJet results as a data feed or competing service.
- Rate limits are enforced per account; working around them (including with multiple accounts) is a violation.
- No probing, disrupting, or attempting to bypass security, plan enforcement, or credit accounting.
- No unlawful use, full stop.
The service is provided as-is.
We work to keep SquadJet fast, accurate, and available, but we can't guarantee any of the three: prices may be stale or wrong, a shown fare may not be bookable, and the service may be interrupted or changed. To the maximum extent the law allows, SquadJet is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Capped at what you've paid us.
To the maximum extent the law allows, SquadJet's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - including the cost of travel booked with third parties based on our estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.
The date at the top is the version.
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes with them, and material changes will be flagged on the site before they apply. Continuing to use SquadJet after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the service any time and request account deletion per the privacy policy; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
